Writes articles on the analysis and game reports of NHL teams as well as the analysis and breaking news for professional golf.
Goes to games in the press box and does interviews postgame as the beat writer on the LA Kings. Has covered charity events the team organizes, where have interviewed numerous athletes of various sports (such as 3x Super Bowl winner Julian Edelman, MLB Hall of Famer Joe Mauer, NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman, former NHL player and now analyst Paul Bissonnette, and many more).
Also has covered fighting at UFC 311 where asked questions to fighters (such as Islam Makhachev, Kevin Holland, and Beneil Dariush), went to media events, and sat octagon-side to write a live recap on each fight.

Has previously written a weekly column on college football titled "Hunting the Heisman", writes a feature-based column titled "The Blacktop" on both USC men's and women's basketball.
Writes other features on star athletes in numerous different sports after conducting sit-down interviews
Writes game previews as well as recaps on various sports including football, basketball, baseball, water polo, volleyball, and soccer for USC.

Published a weekly column titled "Giesler's Grand Slam" that covered three of the biggest stories of the previous week and a series predictions section for the weekend. Also wrote a column on the UFC called "The Trilogy" which recapped and previewed fights as well as commenting on the newest fighting news.
Formerly a beat writer on the Dodgers, posting a recap for each series that the Dodgers play in.
Occasionally writes pieces on other sports.
